SIMPLE & QUICK: Fascism takes advantage of The Donald’s cult of personality and engages embedded white supremacists in its on-going war on democracy and desire to dissolve America’s social contract

Until last week, most Americans did not know what a carotid restraint is. If they did know what it is, chances are they are current or former military and/or police; an MMA fighter or fan— or black.

Since mid-March, Americans have found themselves in a whirlwind of uncertainty and outright desperation. Over 40 million Americans are out of a job because of the on-going Covid-19 pandemic. Simultaneously, millions are still attending their physical work places as “essential workers” despite stay-at-home orders and without employers or states having the necessary personal protection equipment to keep them safe. And thousands of others, mostly immigrants and people of color, are working in the one industry the President has mandated to remain open— despite workers dying from Covid-19 and their families not receiving Federal survivor benefits.

Last week, George Floyd was murdered in broad daylight by the very people hired to protect and serve him. Protests are forming and riots are being instigated throughout the big cities. Today, the Secretary of Defense, despite police brutality having incited the marches, is demanding governors “dominate the battle space.” The battle space being American soil and the enemies needing dominated being American citizens. The enemies are clearly, in 4k HD clarity, Americans crying out for justice after 400 years of racist institutionalism and the insolvency of trust in those who are sworn to protect them at all levels of governance.

In the days to come there will be continued unrest and civil disobedience. The knee of racism, misogyny, homophobia, and socio-economic classism is crushing the neck of Lady Liberty. America is struggling for her life. She can’t breathe. And it will take conservative and black and liberal and democratic and white and republican and atheist and Muslim hands to save her.
